A Danish-Chinese collaboration on river monitoring that will enable the issuing of flood warnings and other incident alerts is based on new Danish technology.
The EOForChina project had a successful Kick-Off meeting on May 9/10 2019 at DTU Environment.
In future, watercourse measurements will be carried out by drones. Drones will give more precise information for monitoring watercourses and thus better climate proofing. Innovation Fund Denmark has invested DKK 7,955,000 (EUR 1 million) in the project.
